  We would always recommend having a Mortgage Agreement in Principle before reserving a new build property, as this helps speed up the buying process and gives you a clear understanding of your budget. Our team can also recommend independent mortgage advisers who specialise in new build homes.

• Are there any schemes available for first-time buyers?
