Once a buyer is secured and you’ve accepted an offer, we’ll take care of the estate agent fees and contribute towards your legal costs*, helping to reduce the overall cost of your move.

* The Assisted Move incentive, is based on using one of our recommended estate agents, for a minimum term of 8 weeks, and includes the agents fee only. The legal fees paid incentive, is based on using one of our recommended independent solicitors.
