Our online pre-reservation option allows you to place a selected plot on hold, giving you the opportunity to move forward with confidence while arranging your appointment with our sales team.

Our online pre-reservation process has been designed to make securing a new build home as simple and flexible as possible. Whether you’re reserving from home, during your lunch break or while discussing your next move with family, the process can be completed in just a few minutes online.
Once your pre-reservation is confirmed, the property will be temporarily removed from the market while we arrange the next stage of your home buying journey with you.
Click the ‘Pre-Reserve This Home’ button on your chosen property page and complete the short online form. At this stage, you’ll also be asked to pay a £250 pre-reservation fee.
A member of the Avari Homes team will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your chosen home, answer any questions and arrange an appointment at our sales centre within 5 days.
During your appointment, we’ll guide you through the full reservation process, explain everything clearly and ensure you have all the information you need before making your final decision.
An online pre-reservation is not legally binding and is designed to give you time to make an informed decision. If we’re unable to contact you within 48 hours, or if an appointment is not arranged within 5 days, the pre-reservation may be cancelled and your £250 fee refunded.
Please allow a few working days for any refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
